Guests staying in Shockoe Slip can reach downtown Richmond and the Convention Center using GRTC bus service and the Pulse bus rapid transit line (both free). Main Street Station and Shockoe Bottom provide convenient connections to the Convention Center area. Public transportation also serves the Admiral Gravely Boulevard area near my home. GRTC local and express buses operate daily from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM. GRTC
For commencement night, guests who prefer the simplest possible trip may choose rideshare service or stay at the Richmond Marriott, which is connected directly to the Convention Center.
